Renders the native grammar listing of grammar.

The listing holds the format and start lines, the feature union declarations (matching, import, mode, extra, conflict, macro and scanner lines, in that order), then one rule line per rule, with its parameters and its channel(...), modes(...) and action(...) attributes.
